Cancellation of Trading on AIM

Acorn Global Investments Limited announced on 12 January 2012 that it had declared its offer for Dhir India Investments plc wholly unconditional. Accordingly, application has been made for cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 23 February 2012. It should be noted therefore that the last day of dealings in the Ordinary Shares is expected to be 22 February 2012.
