The Company has been notified that today David Panter, Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 16.25 pence per share.

David Panter now holds 716,659 Ordinary Shares representing 0.43% of the total of the total issued share capital of the Company.
