Dexion Alpha Strategies Limited (the "Company") announces that on 22 April 2009 
it purchased 100,000 of its GBP shares of no par value, at the following price 
per share:

The GBP shares purchased will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the 
Company holds 8,650,000 GBP shares and 1,655,373 EUR shares in treasury. The 
total number of GBP shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 70,255,941, 
the total number of EUR shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 
15,275,627 and the total number of USD shares in issue is 1,368,667. 
 
 
 
All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. 
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 860,900,235 and 
this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations 
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, 
or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules.
