Report") have been posted to its shareholders. 

    Copies will also be available via the Company's website (www.cueenergy.co.uk) in accordance with AIM Rule 26 and at the Company's
registered office, 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ.

    The date of the Annual General Meeting will be announced shortly.
