Substantial Shareholding & Director Dealing Notification

On 16 March 2001, the Company was notified that Alan Fernback and his family
sold 294,783 on 28 February 2001. Following this sale, Mr Fernback and his
family own 261,007 shares (representing 2.32% of the recently enlarged share
capital) and hence no longer have a notifiable interest.

On 16 March 2001, the Company was also notified that W&J Pension Fund recently
sold 15,000 shares. This has reduced their holding to 581,724 shares
representing 5.18% of the enlarged share capital.

Further to the previous announcement published on 13 March 2001, discussions
regarding the further transfer of warrants associated with shares purchased on
28 February 2001 have now been completed.

On 16 March 2001, Don Elgie (Chief Executive) received, at nil consideration,
28,066 warrants to subscribe for 28,066 Creston ordinary shares. His total
warrant holding is now 48,955 warrants.

On 16 March 2001, Tim Alderson (Finance Director) received, at nil
consideration, 10,000 warrants to subscribe for 10,000 Creston ordinary shares.

The warrants are exercisable during six specified periods of 42 days, each
immediately following the date of publication of successive interim and annual
accounts, beginning with the accounts for the period ending 30 September 2001.

For the first two periods, the warrants are exercisable at 115p per ordinary
share. For the next two periods, the exercise price will be 125p and for the
final two periods, the exercise price will be 135p per ordinary share.

Following these transactions, Don Elgie holds 505,203 ordinary shares in the
company and 48,955 warrants which, if exercised, would result in a total holding
of 554,158 ordinary shares representing 4.94% of the Company's issued share
capital. Tim Alderson holds 50,000 ordinary shares in the company and 10,000
warrants which, if exercised, would result in a total holding of 60,000 ordinary
shares representing 0.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
