Results of General Meeting

Chapelthorpe plc (the "Company") announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Following the resolutions being passed, cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares, first cumulative preference shares and second cumulative preference shares from trading on AIM will be effective from 7.00 a.m. on Friday, 21 January 2011.
