    The Company announces that it received notification on 9 July 2008 that, on 8 July 2008, Karen Baird, Finance Director, purchased
110,077 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Karen Baird,
following the purchase is now 3,299,246 Ordinary Shares representing 10.56% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
