Response to speculation 
 
 
 
 
The Company notes the recent speculation regarding a proposal made by CIG for 
the business of Incisive Media Limited ("Incisive"). Preliminary discussions 
with parties have taken place, however at this stage there can be no certainty 
that discussions will progress. 
 
 
As the potential acquisition would constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM 
Rules for Companies, the shares of CIG will be temporarily suspended from 
trading on AIM. Trading in CIG's shares will recommence on the earlier of an 
announcement that discussions have terminated or publication of an AIM Admission 
Document in relation to the transaction. 
 
 
A further announcement will be made in due course.
