At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Creative Education Corporation Plc held
earlier today, all the resolutions were duly passed by shareholders.


For a copy of the resolutions voted upon today, please refer to the Circular
issued on 22 December, 2006.


The Company has applied for the 301,657,526 new ordinary shares of 0.1p to begin
trading on AIM from Friday 26 January 2007.
