                 Recommended Takeover by Landsbanki Islands hf

    Suspension of Trading in and Cancellation of the Admission of Bridgewell
                             Ordinary Shares on AIM

Bridgewell announces that trading in their shares is suspended forthwith. The
Scheme is expected to become effective this afternoon and the cancellation of
the admission to trading of Bridgewell Ordinary Shares on AIM will take place at
7 am on Friday 10th August 2007.

Capitalised terms in this announcement have the meanings that they have in the
document sent to Bridgewell shareholders containing the Scheme dated 16 June
2007.
