    Change of adviser and financing


    Nomad and broker

    Biocare is pleased to announce that it has appointed Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Libertas
Capital Securities Limited as its broker with immediate effect.

    Financing

    The Company also announces that its negotiations in respect of the financing of the Company are progressing well and are being supported
by its largest shareholder, RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited.

    Further information regarding the financing will be notified to shareholders in due course.

    Report and accounts

    The Company's Malaysian subsidiary has now provided the required financial information to its auditors, and the Company expects to be in
a position to publish its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 on 25 July 2008.
