Amsterdam, The Netherlands 7 October 2009 - Bateman Litwin was notified on 7 
October 2009 that its majority shareholder, Bateman B.V., an affiliate of BSG 
Resources Limited has purchased 13,444,190 ordinary shares at a price of 2.5 
pence per share. Following this purchase, Bateman B.V. holds 85,503,692 ordinary 
shares in the Company representing 69.69% of the Company's issued share capital.
