NEW YORK, April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Baltia Air Lines
(OTC:BLTA) (BULLETIN BOARD: BLTA) , an emerging airline whose goal

Europe, just announced it is expanding its online presence in
preparation for the inaugural flight later this year. Baltia has
entered into an agreement with The Creative Underground, a
Florida-based rising star in the advertising agency field, to
produce a state-of-the-art all-inclusive Web site covering every
aspect of travel between New York and Eastern Europe, from online
booking to travel information and resources for all destinations.
