D Share

The unaudited net asset value per D Share, after providing for the remaining estimated costs of liquidating the Company and of running the Company until the appointment of the liquidator, as at the close of business on 14 June 2013 was 49.35p of which 28% was represented by cash and cash equivalents*. The net asset value includes current financial year revenue items. The investments in the D Class Fund have been valued on a bid price basis and 6,828,071 D Shares used in the above calculations.

* Cash and cash equivalents includes proceeds from sales for future settlement at the above date.
