company is 343,608,836 ordinary shares, Deutsche Bank AG, and its subsidiary
companies have a notifiable interest in 24,141,862 ordinary shares of Big Food
Group Plc, amounting to 7.03%. Part of this holding may relate to hedging
arrangements for customer transactions.
