The Board of Atelis plc, a provider of IP-PBX telephony solutions, announces
that Mr. Gabriel (known as Gabi) Kabazo has been appointed as Chief Financial
Officer, and his appointment will take place with immediate effect.

Gabi Kabazo joins Atelis from m-Wise Inc., ("m-Wise"), a high-tech company
publicly traded in the USA. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Gabi
supervised the finance and accounting activities of the various m-Wise
subsidiaries, as well as all aspects of budgetary preparation and SEC
reporting. Prior to m-Wise, Gabi served as a Financial Controller with On Track
Innovations Ltd., a high-tech manufacturing company in the business of
contactless smart cards traded on the NASDAQ. He obtained a Bachelors degree in
Accounting and Economics from the Faculty of Management of Tel-Aviv University
in 1997 and a Masters (MBA) degree specializing in finance from the Sauder
School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
