                      DIRECTORATE CHANGE / RESULT OF AGM                       

The Board of Atelis plc, a provider of IP-PBX telephony solutions, announces
that Ray Harris resigned as a director of the Company at the Company's AGM
yesterday, at which all resolutions were passed, save for the resolution in the
notice of AGM concerning the re-appointment of Ray Harris which was not put to
the meeting.

Rony Cohen, CEO of Atelis, commented, "I would like to thank Ray Harris for his
contribution since the Company floated on AIM in 2006 and we wish him well for
the future. We will announce a replacement as soon as practicable."
