                                Warrant Exercise

Following the exercise of 10,000 warrants to subscribe for 10,000 new ordinary
shares in ASOS plc at 20p per share on 17th December 2001, application has today
been made for the admission of 10,000 new ordinary shares to trading on the AIM
market. The Company does not currently have any warrants in issue.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence
on 2 August 2004.
