CONDITIONS
FULFILMENT OCCURS FOR SIBANYE TRANSACTION
Aquarius Platinum Limited (Aquarius) refers to the
announcements and timetable which it has recently released
regarding its transaction with Sibanye Gold Limited
(Sibanye).
Aquarius is pleased to announce that in accordance with the
timetable, Conditions Fulfilment has now occurred and all
conditions have been met to the parties’ satisfaction.
In accordance with the timetable, the last day to trade Aquarius
shares on ASX, JSE and LSE will be Friday, 1 April 2016.
Aquarius shares will be suspended from trading on the ASX, JSE and
LSE as of Monday, 4 April 2016. The Record Date for
determining Aquarius shareholders who are entitled to the
consideration is 5.00pm (local time
for each exchange) on Friday, 8 April
2016.
Aquarius shareholders should be aware that any transfer of
Aquarius shares after they have been suspended may not be
registered on Aquarius’ register of members, which will (at the
Record Date) solely determine to whom the consideration is
paid.
