2007 that Calculus Capital Limited (and it's wholly owned subsidiary Calculus
Nominees Limited) is interested in 417,316 ordinary shares, which represents
approximately 7.1% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.



The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each
in the Company.
