            POSITIVE Q3 RESULTS from Air Methods Corporation (AIRM)

The Board of Acquisitor Holdings Ltd ("Acquisitor" or "the Company") announces
that Air Methods Corporation (NASDAQ Ticker: AIRM), a leader in emergency aero
medical transportation and medical services in the US in which Acquisitor has a
9.6% holding, announced positive 3rd Quarter results yesterday.

As a result AIRM's share price rose 16.4% to close at $13.50. This values
Acquisitor's stake at #8.2 million or 16.6p per share, an increase on the day of
#1.15 million or 2.4p per share.
