                          High Court Petition Hearing



The Board of Alltracel announces that the Court Petition Hearing scheduled for 2
May 2008 has been adjourned until Friday 9 May 2008.



The Company hereby notifies that, conditional on the sanctioning of the Scheme
by the High Court, the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM will
be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on Monday 12 May 2008. Accordingly the
last trading day on AIM will be Friday 9 May 2008.



Capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as in the Scheme
Document dated 12 March 2008.
