Meeting  of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on  Friday, 14th
October 2005 to inter  alia consider and take  on record   the unaudited
financial results ( provisional )  for the quarter ended 30th September 2005 and
for the half-year ended 30th September 2005.

     
2.   In terms of the aforesaid Clause, the requisite advertisements will be
     published very shortly in " The Times of India"  and " Maharashtra  Times".
