Armor Designs, Inc., ("ADI", "Armor" or the "Company"), a knowledge-based designer, developer and manufacturer of next generation composite protective products announces that Mr. Phillip Clement, Interim CEO, who previously extended his interim CEO contract and has now completed his contractual obligations and has voluntarily resigned his Interim CEO position and from the board.

The Armor Designs Board of Directors has appointed James A. St. Ville as Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of Armor Designs, Inc.

The Board extends its thanks to Mr. Clement for his contribution to the Company.
