    To roll-out three more Movers & Shapers health and well being stores

    ADDleisure plc, the AIM traded company formed to develop products and services in the health and leisure sectors, is pleased to announce
that Movers and Shapers Limited ('Movers & Shapers'), its 50/50 joint venture company with Bupa,  the UK's market leader in health and care,
is opening a further three stores, bringing its total to five in the UK.  

    Movers & Shapers (www.moversandshapers.net) delivers an all-encompassing approach to health and well-being. Combining Fitbug, an online
personal health and well-being coach, and Power Plate, which uses advanced vibration technology to stimulate muscular and circulatory
responses, Movers & Shapers builds activity into every day life, to produce real long term results whilst offering a range of related
products to its customers.  Its stores, located on the high street, within retail stores or in corporate offices, are being rolled out
across the UK with several new sites in the pipeline for the coming year.  

    The first UK Movers & Shapers commenced trading in Stanmore, Middlesex last year followed by a second in Vauxhall, SW8. Following their
success, a further three stores are being rolled out in West Hampstead NW6, Connaught Village, W2 and Stratford-upon-Avon.
