Amended and Restated Terms and Conditions for Gosforth Funding PLC's issue of GBP500,000,000 Class A1 Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2046, GBP500,000,000 Class A2 Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2046, GBP500,000,000 Class A3 Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2046, GBP500,000,000 Class A4 Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2046 and GBP173,914,000 Class Z Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2046 (the Notes).
