TVK Rt. as the majority shareholder decided on a capital increase at the
Romanian plastic processing company, Plastico S.A. The general meeting held on
the 5th of February adopted an unanimous resolution to raise the capital from
Lei 10.019 billion (approx. USD 1.2 million) to Lei 25.019 billion (approx USD
3.0 million). From the amount of the capital increase Lei 5.4 billion is
contribution in kind, the other part is contribution in cash, which serves the
financial stability of the company and covers the costs related to machine
transfers.  After the capital increase the stake of TVK Rt. in Plastico S.A. is
87%.
