Clarion Housing Group Limited today announces that Gareth Francis has been appointed as a Director of the board of Affinity Sutton Capital Markets plc and Circle Anglia Social Housing plc, with effect from 08.02.2019.

Gareth replaces Austen Reid who resigned from Circle Anglia Social Housing plc with effect from 31.01.2019, following his departure from Clarion Housing Group. He also replaces Clare Miller, who has retired as a Director of Affinity Sutton Capital Markets plc with effect from 30.01.2019.
