The Issuer hereby gives notice that, pursuant to Condition 6(d) of the Third Notes constituted by a trust deed dated 30 June 2004 between the Third Issuer and The Bank of New York as Third Issuer Note Trustee (the "Trust Deed"), it intends to redeem the Third Notes in full on the Payment Date falling in July 2011 at their Principal Amount Outstanding together with interest accrued to the date of redemption.

Capitalised terms used in this Notice shall have the meaning given to them in the Trust Deed.
