I think this has been manipulated for years with naked shorts,and as long as they can get by with it they will.

Even though VTGDF is in bankruptcy, I would think at some point the money it has rec'd from VDI would eventually satisfy the creditors that get the funds first. Does anyone know how much is still owed by VTGDF?

I have 130,000 shares in this tub of goo. 50 cents please. Only reason I am in this is because uncle’s company built them some rigs. Parker,cardinal and pioneer already went down the shitter

Why has a sizable company like VTGDF stock been selling under .05 for the past 5 years, considering their common count though not ideal, but still not too high?

The way i understood it that he was the middleman and invested nothing in it. But then tried to get paid. Guy just got out of jail for being flim flam sp man.i know my uncle built them rigs back in the day only reason i bought in this tub of goo.

He financed the new rigs for them then tried to get huge interest percentage

think he was the one that tried to say he had an agreement for shares or stake in the company without putting a cent up. He then tried to sue them and say they owed him money without ever putting a dime in company. Think he just got out of jail.

Apparently any shareholder can move to strike off vtgdf after they windup the liquidation, I think that’s why this is still in liquidation in the Cayman Islands.
The new Vantage Drilling is using everything from what was Vtgdf.

What’s the story with Nobu Su and vtgdf?

They told me they don’t plan to come out of bankruptcy

I think about 18 months. It was a year when they gave the divy.I own 110,000 shares so I'm an interested shareholder. Not seeing who has more assets. Just telling you why I'm interested. I keep hoping for 50 cents a share but i think we won't get any. Only reason I know about this tub a goo is because my uncle built some oil rigs for them.

From what I understand, according to the Cayman Island rules they were to be asset and liability neutral and that’s why they done the 655000 share swap deal. They are not willing to say that they are assets of vtgdf, and if they are not why are they proposing a dividend for their share of the settlement?

And no documentation of any kind! It is my understanding According to Cayman Island rules it takes 6 to 12 months for the liquidation process to be completed, how long has this been?

When it goes bankrupt. They told me they don’t ever foresee paying a dime.

When is the final distribution scheduled ?

Why would people still be buying if it is worthless? think they are trying to buy back shares on the cheap.
