Financials came out: Yes, no change in SS and even some revenue (miniscule $4000) was posted for a change, no convertible new notes added in a few years. If this Berman would ever get a deal secured instead of tweeting BS........

and to your post: As long as your order is not higher than 1M shares it is pure luck if you get them at 00001 or 00005 or the true ask at 0001. Of my last three purchases over the last months (all for 500k) I got them for $50, $5, and $25 respectively.

I added 1M this morn, and to my surprise it filled at 00005. So even us retail can get a 50% discount when "hitting the ask" at 0001. Thats nice.

Here we go. I buy at .0001, MM has the PPS at .00005, right after the buy, .00005, again. Who knows, maybe Berman will pull a rabbit outta the hat.

Doubtful, but OTC is a crapshoot so ya never know...

otc has had massive money inflows over the past 2 days with over 4 billion daily. its been awhile seen we've seen that Lets see if berman can push this thing once again. not out of the question this can run to dubs and even a penny again on the current SS. plenty have done it with much higher SS over the past several months.

Looks like SB is trying to create a new business with the help of Boston "investors".  Bagel shops.

Heard a few years that a deal was "imminent".  And it's always early in the year these rumors start.   History says that it's more hot air.   

Best case scenario, they are part of reverse merger.

Finally took my loss of 4 grand. Held long enough and needed a write off. This last year was very good to me as I guessed right on many stocks. Who would have dreamed it possible with the dunce who was commander on beach? Well, I second guessed his moves and the impact on most of my holdings. He was very good for oil too. Loved those high prices for a barrel of oil. So who knows what will happen now with this ticker. Surely needs a fresh start.

I miss those times...10x up to 100x runners...the last two years were miserable across the whole OTC...at least in the last few months there were some tickers that went 3 to 5x in a short time. Not sure if we will ever see the good Ol' days again (Crypto competition, SEC reg changes etc) but who knows......
