Yes it's true based on what you read here, RNVA owns FOXO.

Except not saying this to be negative, saying it because it does no good to be misinformed. It's not true.

RNVA would need to own 51% of the company's ( FOXO ) outstanding shares. Even then there could be some safeguards written in article bylaws. It can require steps to overcome & take affect.

In any case no matter what, certain people will continue to state RNVA owns FOXO and it won't be so.

No ownership, no merger, no acquisition, no dividends, no Seamus magic, just a whole bunch of misinformation, misrepresentation. And what good does it do?

FOXO is trying to strengthen it's position.Thats good. I do not see how RNVA plays into any of it right now. I see certain people creating RNVA events that are not there to the point of expecting this major RNVA PR news statement to come out that would be explosive. Huh?

All this whole RNVA FOXO thing was obviously contingent on Seamus moving those assets and him becoming ceo. Seamus has a plan alright and it seems it was to benefit himself. We shall see....I still don't get the point. If RNVA is the "moneymaker" and Filter has graciously reminded us that FOXO was broke until RNVA rescued them, so what's another 2-3 yrs for RNVA to become profitable pay debts and independently move up exchanges on their own??? Long term strategy. It's already been 8-9 yrs. Why share anything with a broke company?

I may seem crazy but I would actually feel more confident if Seamus never became the CEO of FOXO and just remained RNVA's CEO. I'd rather him work in conjunction with another CEO because it would motivate him more for RNVA to succeed. I just don't see how RNVA makes sense for FOXO right now. They already have the esteemed Seamus and the two most profitable assets RNVA had. What else does FOXO need from RNVA? They sure don't want more debt that wouldn't make any sense from a business standpoint. IDK I hope everything becomes clear really soon. Another yr at no bid will be excruciating...

Well if FOXO has already absorbed the debt due Dec 2025 what will motivate Seamus to get RNVA off the EM? That's the million dollar question... He could literally just leave it there, continue to generate whatever revenue, and not have to deal with auditors, filings, press releases, Jolly podcast etc....

Yeah I don't know how any of this will shake out. I guess we shall soon see what the plan is. I am curious to see if maybe we get a PR today regarding meeting results since the vote is early in the day? More than likely next week...but who knows. I feel like a PR could already be written being that the vote is likely just a formality. I am more curious as to how far along they are in pursuing growth opportunities etc. There could be a few different irons in that fire already ready to go whether it be Jamestown reopening or Myrtle Expansion through acquisitions of other behavioral health co's?

Some folks are pushing that everything here is golden. All based on how they read reports.
Nothing positive is in black and white. There's a heck of a lot of gray. But, objectivity has never been a strong point of the pumpers. To them, EVERYTHING, no matter what...is good news.
Right now, it's a waiting game to see how things pan out. Between debt, share #s and mergers, no one knows anything for sure!

From what I can see, a merger between RNVA and FOXO would enhance stockholders' equity and eliminate intra-company preferred shares. However, considering the current share counts of both companies, this merger would push FOXO back out of compliance without a substantial reverse split. Despite the negative stigma and tax implications of reverse splits, it seems necessary in this scenario. Seamus the Genius has already worked hard to make FOXO NYSE-compliant, and I can't fathom why he'd reverse course. Without further dilution, this could be a brilliant move, potentially revitalizing the new sustainable company and, if received well, attracting the attention of much larger accredited investors, setting its new future on an exciting trajectory. We'll just have to wait and see what he has planned, not to mention how INQR, if ready, factors into all of this, along with forcing the unveiling of what might be an even bigger surprise lurking underneath the surface this entire time. All these dreams of grandeur and nothing matters until we get off the em. FOXO could open up at 20 bucks tomorrow and ok now what? Two companies in debt will not merge to quadruple its debt. That's business 101 a freshman course. It's obvious because Seamus moved two assets already.. duh!
