Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On January 16, 2025, QHSLab, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its participation as an exhibitor at the Pri-Med South, Primary Care CME/CE Conference & Expo, taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from Thursday to Saturday, February 6−8, 2025. The 2025 Pri-Med South Annual Conference is anticipated to attract 5,000 primary care professionals over the three-day event. These attendees represent the core target audience for QHSLab’s products and services.

 

A copy of the updated marketing materials to be displayed at the event is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
