SUFFER (PINKSHEETS: SUFF) today announced that it has started to expand its sponsorship of MMA fighters. This weekend Suffer will be sponsoring Darren Elkins in his fight against Michihiro Omigawa.

Elkins, an Indiana-based former state champion wrestler, won his UFC debut in quick fashion against Duane Ludwig at UFC Live on Versus in March 2010 because a takedown severely injured Ludwig's leg. Prior to signing with the UFC, Elkins' biggest wins were decisions over Bellator Season 2 lightweight tournament champion Pat Curran and UFC veteran Gideon Ray.

Darren Elkins is an up and comer in the UFC that has dropped down to 145 pounds to compete in this fight.

UFC 131 will be held in Vancouver, Canada June 11, 2011 and features a main event bout with Junior Dos Santos vs Shane Carwin. It is expected to be one of the highest watched matchups of the year.

Suffer previously announced that it plans to increase sponsorship of fighters. It is a goal of the Company to sponsor a contender in each weight class of the UFC by the end of 2011.
