Star8 Corporation, (STRH:OTCMarkets) a provider of low cost mobile smart phones and related accessories to emerging markets, is pleased to provide shareholders with an update on our business.

Star8 continues to pursue distribution opportunities for our Axiom Series phones and tablet devices in multiple regions, including Latin America and South East Asia. Star8 has also added the Middle East region to our target markets. Star8 expects to complete distribution agreements in these regions prior to the end of the current quarter.

Star8 is also pleased to announce that it is in process of completing its consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, which will include details of revenue generated through our Star8 HK subsidiary. Star8 expects to release its consolidated statements next week.
