$SPRN Supernova Energy, Inc. Comments on Recent Groundbreaking EPA Proposal to Cut Emissions from Power Plants and Industrial Sources In 25 StatesPress Release | 04/20/2022
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY / ACCESSWIRE / April 20, 2022 / Supernova Energy, Inc. (OTC PINK:SPRN) ("SUPERNOVA" or the "Company") today, comments on the recent ground-breaking EPA announcements proposing to drastically cut emissions from power plants and industrial sources in 25 States.
An Excerpt from a recent EPA press release:
"Following clear Clean Air Act requirements and meeting a court deadline, EPA is proposing a federal plan that would cut pollution from power plants and industrial sources that significantly contribute to unhealthy levels of ground-level ozone, or smog, for millions of Americans who live downwind."
The entire EPA press release can be found at the link below:

The EPA Good Neighbor Plan can be found at the link below:
https://www.epa.gov/csapr/good-neighbor-plan-2015-ozone-naaqs
Supernova's subsidiary KLIR Sky, Ltd. ("KLIR") is a greenhouse gas mitigation company. We are committed to using our Pollution Reduction as a Service ("PRaaS") to be a solution to the world's climate change & greenhouse gas ("GHG") emissions problem.
Nicholas Upchurch CEO of Supernova Energy, Inc., and founder of KLIR comments: "The EPA announcements this year shows us the seriousness the EPA is taking to implement emissions reduction policies ASAP. These policies are critical to fighting climate change and protecting the population from harm pollution. We are ecstatic about the EPA's efforts for the benefit of the planet but also the opportunity it presents for KLIR to be a leading emissions reduction solution."
The April 6, 2022, published EPA proposal is as follows:
On April 6, 2022, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a proposed rule in the Federal Register that would build on its existing Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) program by limiting further the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOx) from stationary sources located in 26 states. 87 Fed. Reg. 20,036 (Apr, 6, 2022).
Rule Summary
On February 28, 2022, the Administrator signed a proposed Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) to assure that the 26 states identified in the proposal do not significantly contribute to problems attaining and maintaining the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) in downwind states. This action, known as a "Transport Rule" would help states fully resolve their Clean Air Act "good neighbor" obligations for the 2015 Ozone NAAQS.
The rule would establish an allowance-based ozone season trading program with nitrogen oxides (NOX) emissions budgets for fossil fuel-fired power plants in 25 states. The rule would also establish NOX emissions limitations for certain other industrial stationary sources in 23 states.
"As we have been developing and building our first Klir PRaaS System, we have been preparing to sync with governments in the US on a state and federal level and then internationally to work with them to deploy our systems to industrial smokestack polluters.", said Chief Executive Officer, Nicholas Upchurch. We will now accelerate our plan to add to our team and develop a government relations department."
"This EPA action is very exciting news for the fight against smog and climate change and for our future potential. We look forward to taking advantage of this opportunity and sharing more with our loyal shareholders as progress continues.", said Mr. Upchurch.

Supernova Energy, Inc. Announces its Plans to Develop a Carbon Credits and Offset Business
Press Release | 04/14/2022
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY / ACCESSWIRE / April 14, 2022 / Supernova Energy, Inc. (OTC PINK:SPRN) ("SUPERNOVA" or the "Company") today announces its plans to develop a carbon credits/carbon offsets line of business under its subsidiary Klir Sky, Ltd. ("KLIR").
KLIR is a greenhouse gas mitigation company committed to using its Pollution Reduction as a Service ("PRaaS") to be a solution to the earths known climate change problem and to aid polluters of these greenhouse gases ("GHG") with their ongoing emissions issues.
KLIR's PRaaS uses revolutionary technology to collect, liquefy and process these harmful GHG's emitted by industrial smokestacks into usable forms. KLIR then sells the processed liquefied gas. The result is possible net zero emissions for KLIR customers that can now claim excess carbon credits by reducing their carbon footprint while contributing to a future of clean air. KLIR is currently building its first PRaaS system to be deployed in the charcoal industry, a known heavy polluter according to the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
What are carbon credits and carbon offsets? (As defined by Carboncredits.com)
The terms are frequently used interchangeably, but carbon credits and carbon offsets operate on different mechanisms.
Carbon credits, also known as carbon allowances, work like permission slips for emissions. When a company buys a carbon credit, usually from the government, they gain permission to generate one ton of CO2 emissions. With carbon credits, carbon revenue flows vertically from companies to regulators, though companies who end up with excess credits can sell them to other companies.
Offsets flow horizontally, trading carbon revenue between companies. When one company removes a unit of carbon from the atmosphere as part of their normal business activity, they can generate a carbon offset. Other companies can then purchase that carbon offset to reduce their own carbon footprint.
Carbon credits and offsets have become a necessary tool against climate change and has become multi-billion-dollar market. According to Carboncredits.com analysis of the voluntary carbon market forecasts the sectors value to be between $10 and $25 billion by 2030.
KLIR believes it clients will reduce enough emissions using the KLIR PRaaS system that they will be able sell their excess carbon credits.
Nicholas Upchurch, CEO of Supernova Energy, Inc., and founder of KLIR comments: "The carbon credits industry is a practical solution to help with climate change that has become a booming business. For example, Tesla generates hundreds of millions from the sales of Carbon Credits (https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/tesla-emissions-credit-revenue-may-boom-again-in-2021-analyst-1.1554630). We will be developing a carbon credits business line that can benefit our clients and our company. We have begun the structuring of this business and speaking to potential advisors and partners to consult on its establishment and operations. We look forward to providing more details as they emerge."

$SPRN Supernova Energy, Inc. Discusses Climate Change Problem and How Klir Sky, Inc. Can Be Part of the SolutionPress Release | 04/07/2022
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY / ACCESSWIRE / April 7, 2022 / Supernova Energy, Inc. (OTC PINK:SPRN) ("SUPERNOVA" or the "Company") today, discusses the environmental impact of greenhouse gas emissions on climate change and how its subsidiary Klir Sky, Inc. ("KLIR") can help to solve the problem.
Greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) simply trap heat and make the planet warmer, known as global warming, this slow but steady increase to the earth's temperature is detrimental to wildlife, oceans, and crop production. Since 1970 these emissions have risen over 90% about 2% year over year. The steady rise in these gases is mainly caused by fossil fuel combustion and industrial processes which contributes to about 78% of greenhouse emissions worldwide. The United States (15%), China (60%) India (8%) and the European Union (9%) are the heaviest contributors. In the United States the following industries who contribute the most emissions are:
Transportation (29 percent of 2019 greenhouse gas emissions) - The transportation sector generates the largest share of greenhouse gas emissions. Greenhouse gas emissions from transportation primarily come from burning fossil fuel for our cars, trucks, ships, trains, and planes. Over 90 percent of the fuel used for transportation is petroleum based, which includes primarily gasoline and diesel.
Electricity production (25 percent of 2019 greenhouse gas emissions) - Electricity production generates the second largest share of greenhouse gas emissions. Approximately 62 percent of our electricity comes from burning fossil fuels, mostly coal and natural gas.
Industry (23 percent of 2019 greenhouse gas emissions) - Greenhouse gas emissions from industry primarily come from burning fossil fuels for energy, as well as greenhouse gas emissions from certain chemical reactions necessary to produce goods from raw materials.
Nicholas Upchurch CEO of Supernova Energy, Inc., and founder of KLIR comments: "The steady rise in greenhouse gas is taking a toll on the planet, I can see it personally through extreme weather events, hotter summers, and reduced crop yields from farmers. Climate change is a critical global issue that needs to be solved as a fast as possible. Although I am in industries that produce greenhouse gasses, I want to do everything in my power to mitigate and offset where I can. That is what spawned the idea for Klir Sky, Inc., and the technology we are using."
KLIR and its Pollution Reduction as a Service ("PRaaS") helps to effectively reduce harmful greenhouse gasses emitted from industry and smokestack polluters. The technology KLIR will deploy essentially scrubs noxious pollutants, liquefies the gases, and contains them for future sale.
Nicholas Upchurch CEO of Supernova Energy, Inc., comments further "KLIR allows me to pursue my personal mission to help take action against climate change by mitigating greenhouse gasses effectively and economically for both the Company and our clients. This is a service the world needs to help save the planet and we are gearing up to provide it. I look forward to sharing updates through an upcoming VLOG series, our social media platforms, and of course traditional news releases."

$SPRN Supernova Energy, Inc. Diversifies Current Business, Enters Greenhouse Gas Exhaust Mitigation Space
Press Release | 01/19/2022
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY / ACCESSWIRE / January 19, 2022 / Supernova Energy Inc. (OTC PINK:SPRN) ("SUPERNOVA" or the "Company") a U.S. based oil and gas production and exploration company, announces the diversification of its business from solely oil and gas to include selling greenhouse gas exhaust mitigation systems and services.
The Company has newly formed a majority owned subsidiary, KLIR Sky, Inc. ("KLIR") which recently signed a master distribution agreement to exclusively sell an innovative Gas Processing and Liquefaction System (GPLS). The subsidiary, KLIR, intends to use the GPL System to reduce or eliminate most greenhouse gases ("GHG") released into the atmosphere via exhausts from industrial production smokestacks, these gases include CO2, CO, N2, O2, H and CH4. KLIR has commissioned the building of the first GPL System that is planned to be used in the charcoal industry, a historically known, heavy emitter of GHG.
The GPL System's technology will be designed to reduce GHG emissions. This allows industrial production businesses everywhere to take advantage of carbon credits and green initiatives offered by governmental bodies around the world and sell the collected liquified gases. The systems design will allow for retrofitting to exhausting exhausts and equipment or be included in new builds.
Nicholas Upchurch, CEO of KLIR and new CEO of the Company, comments: "First, I am elated to be taking over as CEO of Supernova and I wish Mr. Malone all the best. Second, I feel our move into exhaust mitigation is a big and potentially very profitable jump. The pollution problem created by GHG exhaust is very costly environmentally and economically. We believe our new business may not only be a solution to these GHG problems but also be a boon for our Company and its shareholders. We look forward to beginning this journey and are excited to share more details and our successes in the coming weeks and months."
