The answer to your questions is everything has been a work in progress and our expectation is that everything will be settled and confirmed on or about January 8, 2025. That would include holdings, management and board of directors.

More Companies being registered under the Spo Global address in Florida! It was stated in the PR more to this then just ALLURE Marble and Stone. 

They are supposed to be launching the new socials says by "end of November" so we will see

Yes, if you take the time to go through exactly how many companies are under the Allure scope as well as others like Sinai Granite and much more. There's a ton of things I think are working that'll come out. Especially with the amount of shares issued. Has to be bigger then just ALLURE

His name is on the reporting. That’s who people have been communicating with. Sounds like this is just the beginning, several more companies going to be acquired.

Not much information given in that report. Looks like we will have to wait to see what is in the Annual report due end of March 2025

I wonder what that even means in terms of acquired value here. I am not abkle to review the quarterly report at the moment, was anything else financials wise provided for the acquired company?

Effective September 30, 2024, the Company acquired Allure Marble & Stone as a 100% owned subsidiary. Due to
the late date in the quarter, no revenues or expenditures are reported for the remaining two days of the quarter.

Word on the street is Co is working as fast as they can to get all done and announced.

Absolutely possible OTCM delay, but if you dig into the sos filings and other companies who also incorporated at the same address two days later, then look at the ceo and vp of those companies and all the companies affiliated and that have that name, you’ll start to see the bigger picture here. If that’s what it all plays out to be. I’ve seen 6 companies said to be coming into spo global.

Well hopefully, would still like to hear something offical from the company themselves about a time line at the very least. I have said it multiple times, its not crazy to question the validity of this happening when the company has been radio silent as their promised dates have passed by repeatedly. Still hoping to come out on top for this one though.

Yes, if you start putting the pieces together. Spo Global incorporated on Aug 2nd shortly after AMS at same address incorporated on 8/6, then if you dig into “ALLURE” not saying that’s what it is but weird to have same addresses you find the CEO and others have a lot of quite large businesses in Florida and much more then just that, did a lot of digging into AMS CEO and VP found a lot of interesting stuff.

Six companies, one by one, hopefully that is the reason for the pretty large issuance of shares. That many shares won't be an issue if the revenues to back it up are there. May still reach that cost figure depending on how big this actually grows to once all the mergers are done. Hopefully they provide a date some time soon. I am still waiting and holding all the shares I have for it hoping it pays off.

I am sure that guy will double or triple up. I was expecting 25c but this dilution has reduced my expectations. A few cents is a given.

Yes. This stock is BS. Don’t waste your money on this turd. I feel sorry for the guy that buys every paycheck. Might as well be burning his money. It is easy to tell that this crap is going nowhere. Just look at the last 6 years.
