He never gave out snnc warrants that were part of the "deal" that diluted ownership and left the stock undervalued which is also a reason to sue him.

I am hopeful past the summer it appreciates nicely - lets not forget there is no pump, just silent work, by the CEO who had a career as an attorney (litigation, patents, etc) in NY since 1998.

Already 5 times the 10day average daily volume traded...in just 30 minutes...lets see it now :)...all on a small preserved float and revenues posted on the next financials (mostly through NOHO sales)

Hysterical, how at blank bottom and perfect entry pps some folks paint it down with 100 or 1000 shares just in the hope that they get a lot more below a penny before volume hits again.
