I did pee on my pants when I saw this shit at $0.001!!! WTF is going on, this is a penny stock for gosh sake. It is not supposed to be tanking over Nasdaq ordeal, that is Bs… This shit was already on the floor and I got several penny stocks rising. CEO must be diluting this time.

Some said the name change can take a very long time, hard to say what's true. Maybe something else occurred? Glad I had a minor position so not stressed about the loss.

Agreed, we've barely had any communication besides the acquisition LOI PR at the end of January, which doesn't appear to have closed yet despite there being a goal to fast track it. Obviously FINRA stuff is priority and assume some of the delay has to do with the acquisitions. Interest in this seems to be waning so we'll need something to keep this afloat, and quickly. It's not unreasonable as a shareholder to want updates along the way. The longer the silent periods the more skeptical people become. I've seen this a lot in OTC pink companies. The CEO has made several X posts in the recent weeks about the market in general, so would hope there would be an underlying reason for this and not just giving his opinions for the hell of it. We can only hope we get news soon.

If thats what it takes, I will add more. WORTH IT!!! I dont need luck when investing on companies like this one. Not dilution, CEO cares about his shareholders and new deals payment restricted. You dont see this somewhere else

I own one that applied in October, 2023. Still not approved! Another just got approval after 2 years. A third on QB got approval after 2 days. I think audited financials gets a faster approval. SMC is supposed to be a clean shell. Therefore it should be a quick approval. No word at all. FINRA sucks! JMHO

If name change takes anywhere close to two years then this stock will be dead well before that so let's hope that doesn't happen.. All we can do is wait but genuinely curious what's going on behind the scenes. I know they wanted to close on the Flax acquisition quickly (I believe the LOI stated 2/15 was the target date) so hoping that is still happening since we're two months past that PR. Regarding FINRA and the name change, don't think there's a process to expedite that but I suppose there could be a delay due to the pending acquisition. Seeing that the CEO has posted about general stock market conditions in the recent weeks and the importance of identifying companies rather than general market funds, I really hope we hear real updates from him very soon.

Unfortunately FINRA seems to take up to 2 years for name and symbol changes for non-QB companies. You can call until you’re blue in the face and they keep referring you to the company who knows nothing. JMHO

CEO always get notifications from FINRA but like any other CEOs in such procedures, he isnt supposed to talk about FINRA process in social media. Thats insider information from the same entities that check mate companies for doing normal insider information. Nothing that can be done but to wait and add more

I bought more today and I'll buy more next week. It's simply a matter of time with this one. Those who sold their shares the last couple of days are going to be ripping their faces off soon.

What more news do you want? A recent acquisition made being processed. These things requires time. The only thing this company needs to provide shareholders is FINRA. CEO doesn’t have control of such

No way of knowing unless the company choose to update and disclose. I believe the company in reference is over 8-9 months in waiting.
