Much like the JBAS is at best a site a student looking to get a degree in marine archaeology could dive on.

Of course they could always be doing something with underwater rescue archaeology and not necessarily bringing up treasure.

You know it’s not always about treasure hunting, They still want to tell the story of this unidentified vessel, and that takes time. That could be what they’re up to.

They say they are unlike any other treasure salvage company out there, and I agree with them on that.

May I suggest that you go to NOAA National Weather Service Marine Forecast where you can see just how far out (off shore) the western wall of the Gulf Stream is. Back track the reports for the past three weeks and actually see where the west wall of the Gulf Stream was.

Yes, I certainly do agree that the sea conditions are bad but that's understandable for this time of the year. As I had stated before, I would assume they have enough experience by this time to know what the seasonal sea conditions are. I find it most questionable as to why they would not have done one proofing excavation on one of the SeasSearcher GOLD or SILVER targets while the weather was still good, whereas to prove to stockholders that the technology does in fact work.

The Gulf Stream came in and settled over our site for over three weeks, keeping us from diving, but more importantly, it caused our grid markers to move slightly. We are reinforcing these markers to ensure they remain secure for continued analysis.

I was told the two hurricanes that went thru the area shifted their 50 lb grid markers. They need to rescan so they can reestablish the datum points so they know where to dig.

Why did it need to be rescanned?........Are

they saying they spent 10's of thousands of dollars on legal fees for title to a wreck they can't ID and still don't know if there's more than a trinket there?

Does anyone know if the divers can get out to rescan the one area at Juno Beach?

I believe they have found treasure & are simply marketing their tech in the meantime. Why would they recover it & lose it? Without all proper permits in place SFRX would suffer the same consequences as OMEX vs.Spain?

Two years ago this month you made that statement. Others made the same claim, which was why would they wait on a permit if they didn’t have treasure located at Juno?

After being told by Dr. Baer in 2023 they had already scanned Juno and were waiting on the data, we’ve learned they scanned Juno again last year.

At some point the lights should come on.

Of course it doesn’t mean they will, it just means they should.

disagreed with Raider when it comes to salvage law, and I disagreed with Southern Gal when he laughed at the pps dropping.

Regardless, I was certain you had something positive to share.

As far as me being a Mod, I put that position on the line last year. All SFRX had to do was salvage a few million in treasure at the (ahem) $15B JBAS using game changing technology with the self-proclaimed Industry Leading Recovery Process and I would have congratulated SFRX in one final post and stepped down.

Of course that would have been AFTER I loaded the boat.

I’m not certain why longs want me to move along. Wouldn’t they prefer I become a believer like they are?

The poster I made the bet with (who has yet to pay up) wanted to pay me to pretend I was long SFRX.

I will go long when SFRX finds more than one trinket. You’d think these multi-billion dollar sites they’re working would produce such. Kyle said he believes 2025 will be their year. We’ll see.

I’ve certainly been helpful to SFRX. They still think they can legally salvage wrecks from the 1715 Fleet that haven’t been found. And there are other examples.
