I haven't talked to Kyle in quite a while. I have otherer plays going on. I have faith in the new tech. I want to see how this spring and summer goes. If no treasure by this summer, I will most likely sell. But I sold 2/3 of my bags when price was much higher. What I have left is a lottery ticket

Weren't we told they have targets at Juno?.......

Now, it wasn't clear if the targets were treasure or for the more important work of Underwater Rescue Archaeology, which takes considerable time. But then they had to move the grid and rescan.

The other issue is legal title. Juno is the last grandfathered site.....ie "the last one in" before the ABA kicked in which makes the US off limits to Spanish vessels.

Not that these (ahem) professionals would know that.

They're special. If you don't believe me, just ask them. They'll tell you how special they are.

State, federal, and international law doesn't apply to them, even though the state has told them it does on multiple occasions.

BTW, have you ever asked Kyle to explain how they're exempt from the SMCA? If so, did he give you the merchant vessel bullshit?

Maybe , maybe not. If the tech works and a bust at Junno they still have a shot. But if the tech isn't working properly and is falsely identifying wrong things at Juno and there is nothing at Juno will pretty much close the doors.
But I'm hoping the tech does work and they find treasure at Juno.
But, if the tech does work and nothing at Juno, not good but still hope left.
As a shareholder I still hope lol .

I think they will keep everything quiet because an announcement that there isn't any treasure found will derail the claim by KK his stock is like buying a lottery ticket.  So by delaying the bad news keeps the false hope going. If KK can't sell the thousands of dollars in shares each week to keep the doors open the company learns what the phrase "a going concern " means that they put one their financials each Q.

Much like the JBAS is at best a site a student looking to get a degree in marine archaeology could dive on.

A treasure site? No, but that's been known since the early 90's.

The various theories they've shared to excuse their lack of success.....well.

If they're looking and not finding treasure whose fault is that?

Maybe they'll come up with a theory that Timmy really knows where the treasure is, and he wants to keep it all to himself. But he's programming the device to have them look in the wrong place.

Of course they could always be doing something with underwater rescue archaeology and not necessarily bringing up treasure.

You know it’s not always about treasure hunting, They still want to tell the story of this unidentified vessel, and that takes time. That could be what they’re up to.

They say they are unlike any other treasure salvage company out there, and I agree with them on that.

May I suggest that you go to NOAA National Weather Service Marine Forecast where you can see just how far out (off shore) the western wall of the Gulf Stream is. Back track the reports for the past three weeks and actually see where the west wall of the Gulf Stream was.

Yes, I certainly do agree that the sea conditions are bad but that's understandable for this time of the year. As I had stated before, I would assume they have enough experience by this time to know what the seasonal sea conditions are. I find it most questionable as to why they would not have done one proofing excavation on one of the SeasSearcher GOLD or SILVER targets while the weather was still good, whereas to prove to stockholders that the technology does in fact work.

What told them to put the markers where they were?

The Gulf Stream came in and settled over our site for over three weeks, keeping us from diving, but more importantly, it caused our grid markers to move slightly. We are reinforcing these markers to ensure they remain secure for continued analysis.

I was told the two hurricanes that went thru the area shifted their 50 lb grid markers. They need to rescan so they can reestablish the datum points so they know where to dig.

Why did it need to be rescanned?........Are

they saying they spent 10's of thousands of dollars on legal fees for title to a wreck they can't ID and still don't know if there's more than a trinket there?
