1347 GMT- RWE is among the most mentioned companies across news items over the past 12 hours, according to Factiva data, after the German energy company posted higher net profit for 2022, which analysts said beat expectations, and said it would raise its dividend. The company posted an adjusted net income of EUR3.23 billion in 2022, compared with EUR1.55 billion in the prior year. Adjusted Ebitda increased to EUR6.31 billion from EUR3.65 billion, while adjusted EBIT came in at EUR4.57 billion. The company said that it expects most metrics to be below 2022 levels in 2023, but nonetheless it aims to increase its dividend for the year ahead. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva.
