Nutroganics (NUTT) Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire NuStar

BETHESDA, MD--(Marketwired - Feb 19, 2014) - Nutroganics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NUTT) ("Nutroganics") announces signing a definitive agreement to acquire NuStar Nutritional Manufacturing Company, LLC ("NuStar"). The transaction is expected to close by March 31, 2014; subject to customary closing conditions and a financing contingency.

The Company's management further announces that it has secured a term sheet for the financing required to close the transaction subject to a suitable asset appraisal.
