Meritage Hospitality Group Inc. (OTCQX: MHGU), one of the nation's premier restaurant operators, announced the acquisition of two Wendy's restaurants in the Jacksonville, FL designated market area.

The newly acquired Wendy's restaurants are located in Kingsland, GA and Jacksonville, FL.
