A Trail of Breadcrumbs Discovered At Last:
http://www.ltgjlx.cn/about.asp?id=1
At least, the evidence is enough that it compels me to believe that this is a profile of what's to come. You'll never find that through your traditional searches. Very impressive looking. You have to use Google Chrome to translate that for you.
The proof is in this name: "Zheng Qiyi" and "Xiamen Lutong International Travel Service Co" on the same page.
Juxtaposed on this 10k filing, which states
On January 29, 2018, pursuant to a stock purchase agreement dated January 26, 2018, Xiamen Lutong International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (an entity controlled by Qiyi Zheng, the Company’s Chairman of the Board) purchased 57,000,000 shares of common stock of the Company, representing 98% of the outstanding voting securities of the Company. Following this change of control, the Company changed its name to Xiamen Lutong International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. and changed its business plan to engage in travel businesses in the People’s Republic of China. Such 98% interest in our company was subsequently transferred to Longhai Yougoubao Network Technology Co. Ltd., a related party also controlled by Mr. Zheng (“Longhai”).

It's almost like the name was reverse in dyslexic fashion on purpose to avoid a search engine. It's in reverse order throughout the entire document.
But on this document, he spells it in both directions on an HNET filing, which is now LTGJ.

Interesting... And of course little subtle changes in the company name. Time will tell all. But this company transferred its ownership to "Longhai Yougoubao Network Technology." Whatever that is... But I believe the website above gives a look into the profile of the man behind the curtains. At least, I strongly suspect that to be so.

The Verdict Has Arrived:
I think it's safe to conclude that the PR was, in fact, a hologram. Looks like a deception, meant to defraud but I doubt it has anything to do with this shell. And you can take comfort in the fact that it appears to have been a dud on the fraudster's part. An amateur con artist. Just another scam artist out there that thinks your money belongs to him.
However, the 10k is out, and it is indeed a Travel Agency, just as this name would imply. The simplest explanation, right in front of our eyes. It actually does sound interesting. May take some time, but I don't mind the wait, expanded on in the 10-k below:
"The Company plans to offer packaged tours and other travel-related services in the People’s Republic of China, initially in Fujian province, with a focus on developing, promoting and executing organized tours through its travel service stores. The packaged tours offer the benefits of pre-arranged itineraries, transportations, accommodations, entertainments, meals and tour guide services and cover domestic as well as international destinations. We plan to offer our travel products and services through our travel service stores as well as our website.
We also plan to offer other travel-related services comprised mainly of sales of tourist attraction tickets, visa application services, financial services, hotel booking services, air ticketing services, train ticketing services, bus ticketing services, car rental services and insurance services. We will earn a commission or service fee on these services.
We are presently evaluating the optimal corporate and legal structures in China necessary to establish our business there and as a U.S. publicly listed and reporting company. We do not have an established timetable to implement these plans, and until we do, we will remain a shell company."
The physics are good. Less than a 900,000-share float. Interests are aligned with new ownership, and new owner of 98% of all shares is bleeding to keep the lights on. A very clean shell. Virtually no debt to speak of, which is due to just one former shareholder. Not much of a future payoff.
I would have preferred the mirage, but that's what conmen want you to like. The truth, however, also looks like an interesting story. I like it, and the physics haven't changed.

It appears that you can register with the free press by using your own Facebook account. I know I for one have at least 10 fake FB accounts. And just as many fake Ihub accounts. What can't be faked, however, is methodology.
I'll call that zero screening. I would have to assign that zero credibility. However, if it was meant to fleece, it didn't do it's job very well. Hence, its usefulness as a "press release" in both legitimate and illegitimate releases. You have to pay if you want exposure. And it pays to be credible.
Still not falsified, but not credible either. Silence from Primechain, leaving several interpretations for their silence. But good physics for the shell LTGJ. It reports and vested interests are bleeding to reach a goal. And that part is the good part of a possibly rotten apple. It also looks like one of our managing partners has a background in porn in China. I stress "looks like." Well, those are some good looking women. Sex sells. That's all I'll say about that.
So in conclusion: It's a mystery, I'm intrigued, I'm invested, and this will be one of many adventures I love. I love this shell of mine, plus all the others I have in this category of low gravity planets.

Did you ever get a response to your email, Abba?
BTW, the reason you guys can't find the press release on Google is because it's considered spam by Google. But that doesn't falsify it. Pretty much all free press sites are filtered out as spam, so they don't come up, rendering them almost useless for their goals. If you want your press, you need to pay. It comes up in a search of the site it's on, and it has many legitimate press releases. What we really need is Nigol (sp) to answer an email and authenticate it or deny it. If he truly was quoted, then he wanted to be read. So, you'd think he'd want to answer whether true or not. Yet, crickets are the response instead.
Although, to be fair, your response would just be hearsay. Still, it would be nice to get something on the record.
I just don't know how it got uploaded and what measures, if any, the site would use to verify its authenticity.

Yes, this link here:
http://www.free-press-release.com/news-highlight-networks-eyes-fintech-sector-through-reverse-merger-1519857905.html
Primechain Technologies - India based institutional payment and settlement infrastructure provider that uses blockchain technology is said to be in negotiation to reverse merge with Highlight Networks, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: HNET).
HNET changed its ticker to LTGJ. It seems like a real press release, but I can't verify it from any other source. There are nothing in the filings that I can find to corroborate it. And I was wrong about us seeing a filing this week. I think the next one will be in a few months, being the 10-k is given more time.
It would be very exciting to me if true. And if true, that still no guarantee that negotiations didn't fall apart. To me, it would be icing on the cake. I don't know what the "Xiamen Lutong" is all about. I've been in shells that changed names more than once in some long, drawn out legal process to erase debts.
The only thing I know for sure is that it's a low flow, low OS situation at this time, primed for someone to come through.

I like it. I'm in with 15,000 shares which I accumulated over the past few months at an average price of .14 per share. The float and OS is terrific. I'm in no rush because massive returns are worth the wait.
I saw that PR about PrimeChain Technologies. It certainly looks real, and I was able to find it. Though it's real hard now. I just can't verify it in any filings. I'm hoping that the 10q in the next few weeks can verify its validity.
If true, PriemChain itself is a good startup. I can't find dirt on them. The founders are real and have genuine history in this field. They do have endorsements that check out. I just can't be certain they are trying to come through here. Or if they still are trying.
If they aren't, it's still a good shell with a fantastic float and OS, and that's worth sitting on.

As always you should call your broker.
However, I did contact Chuck Schwab and he said the following:
10:57:35 AM : Chuck: I do see that this is going through a name change,
10:57:55 AM : Chuck: when the new ticker is attached, you will see it
10:58:15 AM : Chuck: However, for now, the CUSIP will be displayed
All good from my perspective. I like where this is heading.
Best of luck to you.
