Interactive Health Network Acquires TBLO, a Managed Service Provider for the Cannabis Industry

Third Strategic Acquisition Bolsters Market Opportunity for IHN's Cannabis Health Group Division

TBLO Business Projected to Generate Approximately $1 Million in Annual Service Revenue

RENO, NV--(Marketwired - Jun 5, 2014) - Interactive Health Network ("IHN" or "the Company") (OTC Pink : IGRW) (PINKSHEETS: IGRW), a diversified holding company operating in the legal cannabis industry and advanced health supplements markets, announced today that it has acquired TBLO, a managed service provider in the legal cannabis market.

Following BIOTEL, TBLO is the Company's second acquisition of a managed service provider for the legal cannabis industry in 2014. This is the third strategic acquisition executed by IHN's Cannabis Health Group division during 2014, the first being Here We Grow Store, a national retailer of indoor gardening and horticulture equipment and growing supplies, in early April.
