No worries. Not sure if it is even them; complete speculation. I am hoping there is a reason why mgmt didn’t complete the R/S to purchase Prolog. Maybe, we didn’t have to? I like to think Chan took the company dark b/c it is easier to close a merger that way; less regulation. It doesn’t look great, but fingers crossed

Prolog has way bigger earnings. And prolog isn't US based I think and prolog never was officially bought by IGEN. So doubt it.

You may want to invest in a stronger strain of weed. Everyone knows there is an ever present smell of corruption in the OTC but this corruption in no way prevented your genius from securing any note worthy contracts with the government or any entity did it ? Not 1 single contract PERIOD. However he repeatedly kept stating it was a lucrative bazillion $ industry IGEN was involved in on numerous press releases. Was this all a scam --- no but he failed miserably and also deceived shareholders along the way. No one wanted to pay for this shitty product.
