Looks kind of interesting to me, has a pretty good share structure but $2.00 is a bit too high for me, especially for a non-SEC filer.

Does look like they may have had a hard time getting shares deposited, as there is a very small number held at DTC per the last update by the TA.

Tough call for me but with this current lousy state of the OTC, post amendments to rule 15c2-11, newer issue have been even more illiquid than usual, if that was even possible......so I'll probably pass.

Hey big brother. The company is doing great but from what I’ve gathered they’ve had a tough time getting themselves DTC eligible.

As you probably know a year or two ago the SEC really tightened down on the filing requirements for start up companies and so forth. Companies like House Of Jane read the chart new waters and figure out how to meet the new criteria.

When or how did you get shares, private placement..?? I see no trading history/data at all on this, nor do I recall any, yesterday was the first time I noticed shares on the ASK @ $2.00....??

FWIW... I picked up a could hundred shares a while back.

On Level 2 monitors more and more bids have shown up over the last month or two. If memory serves correctly There was first a bid for 5000 shares for .10 and since then additional bids have been added.
