Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets. On April 11, 2014, the Company entered into an agreement to sell substantially all of the Company's assets an unrelated third party, for a price of $5,500,000. On May 15, 2014 shareholders of the Company approved the sale. On June 17, 2014 the Company completed the sale pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
