(Pink Sheets:FUGI) announces an open invitation to all shareholders and prospective shareholders to participate in a live conference call with Mr. Hugo Cancio, President and CEO on Monday January 31st at 4 pm Eastern Standard Time. Mr. Cancio and the company CFO, Mr. Ed Steinback, will be providing an update on 2010 activity and our plans for 2011. As part of a previously announced plan implementing a series of strategic actions to benefit the company and improve shareholder value, company management has filed with the Nevada Secretary of State to reduce the Fuego Enterprises Authorized Shares to 100 million. The company has also returned to our transfer agent previously issued 800,000 shares for cancellation. Fuego's CFO, Mr. Ed Steinback, expects to file the unaudited financial statements next week.
